“Wagashi”, which depicts the colorful beauty of four seasons in Japan enriches your heart.
You will make “wagashi” simply with microwave ovens and common kitchen utensils such as chopsticks and spoons.
Besides traditional ones, you will make “wagashi” with western ingredients such as chocolate and cheese.
The design and type of “wagashi” vary with the season.
(Food coloring made from natural ingredients will be used.)
