Hand made miso class!
Why not make your own miso, one of traditional Japanese foodstuffs, which is now high in favor among people all over the world who are interested in gourmet food or healthy diet such as macrobiotics, etc.
We will use soybeans, salt and “Koji” malt for its ingredient to make your own special miso!!
This handmade miso which is free from preservative or food additives tastes amazingly good and is said to have beneficial
effects to our body, such as anti-aging efficacy!
We’ll also introduce you easy and tasty miso sweets, which will surely enrich your home cooking repertoire!
You’ll make about 1.5kg of miso to take home.
(This miso doesn’t have strong smell. You can keep it in your refrigerator.)
